service was terrible. they harassed us about a service dog. the rooms were clean and well-decorated. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially during our needs. the location was convenient for dining and shopping.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely bar area. The staff even returned my forgotten items on my first visit. They truly care about their guests. I’ll return for a romantic escape!

The lack of service support, terrible shower experience, and noise from events left much to be desired. bizarre situations like guests using facilities with questionable conduct didn't help. It’s unfortunate, as this hotel has potential but feels like it's lost its touch.

Had a comfy stay with my family. The room was clean and convenient with a nice bathroom feature for drying wet bathing suits. The restaurant was a plus too! BUT the vending machine by the pool was a total fail. It ate my cash and I got ripped off. Overall, great for families but needs a little work on the amenities.
